Your Daily Deviled Egg, by Oeufware

Welcome! These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Oeufware (“we”) covering the Your Daily Deviled Egg app and the oeufware.com website. By using the app or site, you agree to them.

YOUR LICENSE TO USE THE APP

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own. The app, its recipes, photographs, artwork, and text are our copyrighted work. Cook from them, share recipe cards using the app’s share feature, and enjoy them freely — but please don’t republish, scrape, resell, or redistribute the recipe collection itself.

MEMBERSHIPS (PLUS AND PRO)

Plus and Pro are annual auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Pro includes a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your app-store account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your app-store account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions). Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access for the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

FREE CONTENT

The free tier (including the Recipe of the Day, the egg timer, and the blog) is provided as-is, and we may adjust what is included in each tier over time. If we make a change that reduces what you paid for, we’ll do right by you.

COOK SAFELY

Recipes involve raw ingredients, heat, and food storage. Use common sense and safe food-handling practices: cook eggs properly, refrigerate deviled eggs promptly, and don’t serve them after they’ve sat out too long. Recipes are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for your own kitchen, ingredients, allergies, and guests.

NO WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The app and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oeufware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

CHANGES

We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
